Masterbatch Market, by Type:
• Color
• Additive
• White
• Black
• Filler
1. Color Masterbatch
Color Masterbatch are the best to choose as it imparts light fastness, thermal stability and color consistency to the plastic products. Composed of high- grade pigments, these masterbatches are available in approximately 200 shades of colors. This gives a wide variety of options to clients for choosing their preferred color. In addition to this, we can also customize the color of the masterbatch as per the client’s specific demand. These masterbatches are widely used in blow molding of bottles, injection molding of household items and insulation of cables.
White Masterbatch
2. White Masterbatch
White Masterbatch has wide applications in the plastic industry for providing excellent whiteness to the products. Besides this, it is also responsible for the brightness and opacity in the final plastic product. There are many chemicals that can be used in the masterbatches for these properties but our range of white masterbatch is especially composed of titanium dioxide (75% content). The reason for choosing titanium dioxide over other chemicals is its excellent properties such as average particle size (0.19 to 0.22 micron), color, undertone, high refractive index and opacifying / tinting strength.
A variety of white masterbatches are offered by us that are categorized on the basis of the percentage of titanium dioxide in the composition and the final tone required in the product like bluish tone, egg tone, violet tone etc.
Specialty additives are added to white masterbatch for ensuring excellent compatibility of resin with titanium pigment and its smooth dispersion.

3. Black Masterbatch
Black Masterbatch has 50% of carbon black content in its composition that makes it suitable for use as the black pigment in many plastic applications. The masterbatch is available in industry according to different requirements of the clients including UV protection, conductivity, jetness, etc in the end products. This type of masterbatch is mostly preferred due to its high surface area that further increases with the decrease in the particle size. We have varieties of black masterbatches that have particle size ranging from 10 to 120 nm. Major application areas of this masterbatch are blow molding, injection molding, HDPE pipes and mono filaments.

4. Additive Masterbatch
These Masterbatches are widely required in the growing automobile, electrical industry for almost all plastic applications.
Our range of additive masterbatches include optical brightener masterbatches, UV masterbatches, antiblock masterbatches, antioxidant masterbatches, silicone masterbatches, slip masterbatches & polymer processing aid masterbatches.
We specialize in producing high quality additive masterbatches which improves the rigidity and tightness property, while removing the surface light from the plastic products. High-Performance Additive Masterbatches can help make the manufacturing process smoother, and provide aesthetic and functional benefits to the end product.
5. Filler Masterbatch
Filler masterbatches (master batch) is calcium carbonate (Caco3) based filler compounds used in plastic industries to modify various properties of the base plastic or plastic polymers. These are specially formulated by compounding blended polyolefin’s with ultrafine calcium Carbonate in the compounding extrusion. It improves physical properties of polymers, reduces cost. Ultra fine coated CaCo3 or talc filled masterbatches consists of Whole range in milky as well as natural effects. These caco3 based filler masterbatches reduces cost and works as anti-burn at the die lips at higher loadings. Filler masterbatch used for the production of Raffia woven sacks , Blown film extrusion, injection & blow molding, Non woven & Extrusion coating.
